No, our large industrial shredder is capable of handling any material found in an office environment, including staples, paper clips and alligator clips.

Yes, Acceleration Shredding is fully bonded and insured. We carry a 5 million dollar Commercial General Liability (CGL) policy as well as a Crime and Employee Dishonesty Bond.

Yes, we will gladly haul the boxes outside to our shredding truck as part of our service.

For safety reasons, we cannot allow you to shred the documents yourself. However, you are welcome to watch as our qualified technician shreds your documents on a closed-circuit monitor.

Yes, we will travel to your home or business and shred your documents on-site. There is a 10 box minimum for our on-site service.

For small quantities, please bring your boxes down to our office for shredding. There are no minimum box requirements for this service. Our regular office hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am – 5 pm and Saturday from 9 am – 3 pm.

After we shred your paper, it is recycled at Recycle-It Resource Recovery in Fort St. John.

We will leave your empty boxes on-site, so you can reuse them. If you don’t need your boxes anymore, they can be recycled at the local recycling depot or put in your cardboard bin.

Yes, we provide a Certificate of Destruction after each site visit. We can provide the Certificate at the time of the service or with your service invoice.

We offer a variety of shredding schedules to accommodate small and large offices. Choose from weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly collection.

Yes, we provide 64-gallon totes free of charge to our regular service customers. The lockable tote holds approximately 6-7 files boxes of paper.

Yes, we are a family owned and operated business. Our head office is located in Fort St. John, BC.
